Common questions
What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Pressure washing uses high-pressure water — great for concrete, pavers and hard surfaces. Soft washing uses low pressure plus cleaning solutions to remove algae, mildew and grime from siding, stucco, soffits and painted surfaces without damage. High pressure on siding can force water behind it, strip paint and void warranties — so we never do it. We match the method to the surface, every time.
How do the house size categories work?
Small is roughly under 1,500 sq ft, Medium is 1,500–2,500, Large is 2,500–3,500, and XL is 3,500+ or homes with three storeys or complex rooflines. Not sure which yours is? Text us photos and we'll tell you.
